Financial Policy-Insurance and Payment Options:

Insurance:

We accept assignment of most dental plans. However, we do require payment of the estimated copayment portion of your bill at the time of service.After your dental plan processes your claim, you will be responsible for any remaining balance.If your dental plan has not paid your account in full within 45 days, the balance is your responsibility, and must be paid once you receive your billing statement.

Payment Options:

Payment is due when services are rendered.We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.Additional financing is available pending approval through Care Credit.

In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment:

Payment in Full:

5% discount for payment of full charge amount at the time of service.

Partial Payments:

ACH (automatic payment drafted from checking account) payments drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with balance being paid within 90 days.There is a required minimum of $50 perpayment.

Credit Card payment using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express allowing ½ of balance due to be paid at time of treatment. The remaining balance will be automatically debited within 30 days using card information left on file in the office.

CareCredit Payment Plan:

No interest payment plan for up to 12 months

OR

Extended payment plan for up to 48 months at 9.9% interest.
